Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm each order and may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify details before dispatch.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected order.

Product information

We describe every piece accurately, including materials and dimensions. Minor variations in colour may occur across screens and production batches.

Availability

Stock is updated automatically as orders are placed. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

Account responsibility

Keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
