We want you to love your ZelVelora piece. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges and returns work.

7-day exchange window

Unused pieces in their original packaging, with tags intact, can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

What can be exchanged

Items must be unused and in resalable condition. We cannot accept exchanges for items damaged by use, or for personal-hygiene reasons once packaging seals are broken.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — including any delivery fees.

How to start an exchange

Message us with your order number and reason. Once confirmed, send the item to the address we share. Exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days of the item reaching us.

Refunds

For prepaid orders refunded by bank or wallet transfer, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
