Dispatch times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. For bank or wallet transfers, orders dispatch after payment is verified.

Delivery time

Major cities typically receive orders within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Other areas may take a few days longer depending on courier routes.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs 250 applies to all orders. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.

Cash on delivery

COD is available nationwide. Please keep exact change ready if possible, and inspect your parcel at the door before paying.

Order tracking

Every order can be tracked from the Track Order page using your order number and phone number. You will also see live status in My Account if you ordered while logged in.
